Rawalpindi—Federal Minster for Interior Chaudhry Nasir Ali Khan on Wednesday visited Eidgah Sharif and greeted Custodian Pir Muhammad Naqeeb-ur-Rehman on wedding of his son Hassan Haseeb-ur-Rehman.
Pir Naqeeb received the interior minister upon his arrival at Eidgah.
Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan expressed best wishes for Hassan Hasseb-ur-Rehman in new life after the marriage.
The minister appreciated the role of Eidgah for forging unity among all sects and promoting interfaith harmony.
He said it was the hallmark of Eidgah Shrine that it always propagated teachings of Islam and Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) for ensuring love, harmony and peaceful co-existence in the society.
