New air conditioners fitted in general hospital

As far as 80 new air conditioners of 2 tons’ have been fitted in different wards of Lahore General Hospital which would help in upgrading the environment for the betterment of the patients. Principal Ameer Uddin Medical College Prof. Mohammad Tayyab told in this regard that work would be soon started for construction of new sheds for the attendants of the patients.
He expressed satisfaction over the prompt performance of the administration for fitting new air conditioners in minimum possible time. He was told that these new units would be benefiting Surgical Unit 1, 2 and 3, Orthopedic Unit 2, Gestro Ward and Emergency Operation Theater. Principal Prof. Mohammad Tayyab said that best possible facilities are being provided to every person coming in Lahore General Hospital and maximum resources are being utilized in this regard. He said that we have very clear goals and steps are being taken with clear mind in the right direction.
Prof. Mohammad Tayyab also lauded the efforts of the administration and called upon the doctors and para medical staff to continue their efforts in providing best services to the patients as it would be their best asset in life here and here in after.
On this occasion, Medical Superintendent of Lahore General Hospital Dr. Mahmood Salah Uddin in his briefing told that steps were taken on war footing basis to make these 80 new air conditioners functional so that patients can get benefit of these in this extreme weather.
