Islamabad—Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has condemned the horrific blasts that struck the Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday and resulted in the deaths of 81 people, whereas, injured above two hundred.
The Prime Minister stated that the country condemned all sorts of terrorism, adding that Pakistan stood against terrorism with unshakeable resolute. He further stated that Pakistan was always ready to support the Afghan government to wipe out terrorism.
Premier Nawaz said that everyone would have to take solid yet mutual measures in order to tackle terrorism, adding that Pakistan served as the front-row state in the battle against terrorism.
The premier said that terrorists have no religion and that they were unaware of the value of humanity.
Meanwhile, the Foreign Office said in a statement that
Pakistan on Saturday strongly condemned the dastardly terrorist acts in Kabul that resulted into the loss of a number of precious human lives and left several others injured.
“The Government and the people of Pakistan extend their sincere condolences and profound sympathies to the families of the bereaved people and convey their earnest prayers and wishes for early recovery of those injured in this heinous act of terrorism,” the statement said.
Pakistan reiterated its unequivocal condemnation of terrorism in all forms and manifestations and reaffirmed commitment for continued efforts and cooperation for eliminating this menace.
