NAB gets remand of accused in graft case

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore has acquired 15 days remand of arrested co-accused Abdul Majeed involved in cheating public at large case. The accused lured public to invest in Car Booking Business and managed to collect Rs26.492 million, approximately.
Abdul Majeed Khan s/o Muhammad Rafiq Khan was blamed for cheating public at large in connivance with accused Fakhar Javed who is already facing corruption charges for allegedly depriving public with millions of rupees in guise of said business. Both accused used to attract public by offering delivery of cars on easy installments and succeeded to collect above mentioned amount as advance payments but later vanished.
NAB Lahore has, so far, received around 120 complaints against them. Abdul Majeed Khan was produced, today, before Accountability Court and 15 days remand has been acquired to continue further investigations.
