Muqam: BoK’s ad against FM exposes PTI performance

Peshawar—Adviser to Prime Minister Engr. Amir Muqam has said that the BoK’s advertisement appeared in the press Saturday accus-ing Finance Minister KP exposed the performance of the PTI led coalition government in the province.
Addressing a press conference here, he said the KP government should resign after the solid evi-dences of mismanagement and irregularities against its own department appeared in the advertisement.
We reject the inquiry ordered by the Chief Min-ister into the matter as it was not more than a joke. The inquiry in the matter has already been done by the BoK Management, therefore the government resign.
He suggested the government should constitute an independent commission to probe the accusations of the BoK’s Management against the Finance Min-ister.
The JI Amir Sirajul Haq had raised the slogan of corruption free Pakistan and now the JI leadership should reply to the accusations against their minister.
The KP Government claiming to be the cham-pion of so called change used the Bank of Khyber for their political gains.
It also negated the claims of the PTI Chief Im-ran Khan that his government was not interfering in the affairs of the government departments, he said adding now the PTI government should respond to the people’s aspersion to this effects.
The KP Finance Minister is occupying the slot of finance ministry for last one and a half years but still he was unaware of the corporate governance which is not less than a tragedy, he argued.—APP
