A man was tortured to death by his employee while six people were scorched when fire broke out in huts village in different areas of Lahore on Sunday.
Police said that accused Ranjha was deployed by Abid at his Haveli to look after the cattle in Maral Marri area of Manawan in Lahore. The accused Ranjha tortured him employer Abid to death and took away cash, cell phone and his motorcycle. The police after registering a case against the accused started raids for his arrest.
Fire broke out in a hut village in Gujjar Colony at Defence Road Lahore resultantly six people including five family members identified as Rehan, Allah Wasaya, Aamir and their mother Maqboola Bibi were scorched. Rescue teams reached the scene, extinguished the fire and shifted the scorched people to hospital.
