Man appeals CPJ for justice, protection

An Afghan national residing in Landikotal during a press conference on Friday has appealed the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take notice of his brother’s murder case, who was gunned down in Peshawar on September 3, 2017.
Walayat Wali of Ningarhar province along with his family members said that had a dispute with their villagers in Ningarhar. He said his family was being threatened by the rival party of worse consequences.
He accused the rival party that they had killed his brother Hunar Khan in Karkhano Market and our family has already filed the FIR(First Investigation Report) of my brother murder at Police station in Peshawar.
He said they were still waiting for justice from the government of Pakistan. Their rivals were moving freely in Peshawar city dealing their businesses while they had been confined to their homes due to possible threats of the enemy.
The victim family appealed the government of Pakistan and the chief Justice to provide them safety and Justice.
