LUMS, ABF join hands to promote academic research

Islamabad—The American Business Forum (ABF)reached a Memorandum of Understanding with the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) at the Academic Research Department of the University. The MoU was signed betweenMr. Rizwan U. Khan, President ABF and Dr. S. Sohail H. Naqvi, Vice Chancellor, LUMS. The Dean of the Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), administrative members and faculty of LUMS, and members from the Executive Committee of ABF were present at the signing ceremony.
ABF is a high level platform for facilitating American Businesses in Pakistan to understand the business challenges in the country. With over 40 US based companies, franchisees, consultants, vendors, auditors and associates, ABF is a significant contributor to the socio-economic growth of Pakistan. To further elevate its service, ABF has partnered with LUMS to corroborate academic research in domains like intellectual property rights, tax and revenue collection policies, best business practices, consumer marketing and foreign investment.
While highlighting the importance of this exemplary partnership with one of the leading educational institutions of Pakistan, Mr. Rizwan U.
