Islamabad—Skills and training leads to a self-sufficiency and adeptness in one‘s career path as leadership plays a tremendous role in achieving desired goals. This was stated by the Chairman Skill Development Council, Islamabad M Akram Farid in theconcluding ceremony of a three day long training titled ‘’Leadership Skills’’ as special guest which was arranged for the students of various universities and employees of different organizations of the capital by the CDA Training Academy (CTA) on its 33rd batch.
He also appreciated the effective, professional and visionary guidance of Sheikh Ansar Aziz, Chairman, CDAand Mayor, who was Chief Guest of the ceremony, for uplifting and furtherance of activities of CDA Academy.
He said that the key factors involve as mission, embodiment of purpose, integrity, influence, focus, knowledge and self-confidence are crucial for looking forward and leadership. The chairman highlighted parameters of the leadership and shared his own experiences as trade as well as business leader efforts and services for the concerned community. He said that leadership has also some limitations and responsibilities as well which are risk and crisis management.
Quoting present prosperous nation of Malaysia and her charismatic leader Mahathir Mohamad is now a source of inspiration for entire world and aspiring leaders. He further narrated that in future, Skill Development Council and CDA Training Academy will join hand and conduct different need based courses accordingly which will help in enhancing the capabilities of youngster.
