LCWU, USAID join hands

The Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) joined hands to implement the project of “Institutionalisation of Gender Sensitisation and Gender Training Materials in Public Sector Universities.”
This project is being implemented under the Gender Equity Program (GEP) of Aurat Foundation with the support of the American people.
A ceremony was held here on Wednesday in this regard at the LCWU attended by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Rukhsana Kausar, deans, directors, heads of departments and a number of students.
Resident Director Aurat Foundation, Mumtaz Mughal shared the vision and purpose of the organization in his address.
