Khattak wants HPA summary for pharmacists

Peshawar—Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has directed health department to put summary for Health Professional Allowance (HPA) for the Hospital Pharmacists, Drug Inspectors and Analysts Drugs Testing Laboratory on the demand of Pakistan Pharmacists Association KP.
According to an official document No SO-II/CMS/KPK the Chief Minister has directed the Secretary Health to submit detail in this regard. It is worth mentioning here that KP government has granted Health Professional Allowance to doctors, nurses and paramedics working in health dept but pharmacists were ignored in this allowance who also works in same department.
Meanwhile, it is reported that Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has announced the provision of solar kits to 300 houses to villages Pirano Bala, Payan and Kaley Kunday in Nowshera district with the assistance of Pakistan Tobacco Company.
He was chairing a meeting at CM Secretariat on Friday which Provincial Minister Mian Jamshedudin Kakakhel, Secretary Law, Authority of Pakistan Tobacco company and others also attended.
Solar energy is one of the best alternative to tackle power crises. Present government is determined to provide electricity to the areas still deprived of the facility.—APP
