Kashmiri Sikhs condemn assault on Kashmiri students in India

Srinagar—Condemning the assault on Kashmir students outside the state, All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC), chairman, Jagmohan Singh Raina Sunday appealed separatist leaders to withdraw the shutdown call on 12th in view of Baisakhi festival. Raina said the harassment and assaults on Kashmir students outside the state is intolerable and such acts should be probed thoroughly “Kashmiri students are being targeted unnecessarily outside the state. Such acts should be stopped soon.” he said.
Appealing separatist leaders to withdraw the shutdown call on Tuesday in view of Baisakhi festival, Raina said, “I appeal separatist leaders to withdraw the shutdown call keeping in view Baisakhi festival on April 13.—RK
