Islamabad—Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry has categorically stated that movement in the occupied Kashmir purely belongs to its local people.
While briefing the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Aizaz Chaudhry said, “Struggle for self-determination is not terrorism. Movement of Kashmir purely belongs to its local people.”
“We have finalized dossier containing proofs of Indian involvement in Pakistan. It will be handed over to international community in a week or two,” the foreign secretary said.
Aizaz Chaudhry made it clear that there was no surgical strike in Pakistan on 29th September as claimed by India.
“Pakistan had rejected claims of surgical strike on same day and summoned to Indian High Commissioner to Islamabad to condemn such claims.” In the message to the Indian HC, Pakistan made it clear that Islamabad is fully prepared to respond to provocations, he said and added that any Indian infiltration would not be tolerated.
Meanwhile, Pakistan has handed over the evidence of Indian involvement and funding of terrorist elements in Pakistan to the United Nations, Foreign Office said Thursday. In his weekly briefing, Foreign Office Spokesman Nafees Zakariya said, “The dossier handed over to the United Nations contains proof of financing the terrorist elements in Pakistan by India.”
The spokesman said, “India has always violated at Line of Control and ceasefire accord.” “Pakistan had never violated at the LoC.” “All political parties are united on the issue of Kashmir,” he said and urged the world community to take notice of human rights violations in the occupied Kashmir. The spokesman called upon the international community to send its fact-finding mission to occupied Kashmir. “Assessment by military observation group is very vital,” he maintained. “Irresponsible statements from India are harmful for peace in the region.
