People in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, are all set to celebrate Pakistan’s Independence Day, today (August 14), as Jashn-e-Azadi Day as they have always been showing their attachment and love for Pakistan by shrouding the bodies of their martyrs in Pakistani flags.
According to a research carried out by Kashmir Media Service, as per the understanding behind the Partition Plan of Indian Subcontinent in 1947, which resulted in the formation of Pakistan and India, Jammu and Kashmir was a natural part of Pakistan. However, the research said, India had illegally occupied a large part of the territory against the will of the Kashmiris and in gross violation of the Partition Plan. “As such, the Kashmir dispute is an unfinished agenda of the partition and is destined to become a part of Pakistan since the hearts of Pakistanis and Kashmiris throb in unison. Pakistanis also consider Kashmir as jugular vein of Pakistan as was said by the Father of the Nation Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah,” it said.
The research mentioned that the Kashmiris celebrate all national days of Pakistan with devotion, dedication and love. Their indigenous freedom struggle is part of Pakistan movement as Pakistan is incomplete till joined by Jammu and Kashmir, it said. That is why Pakistan stands shoulder to shoulder with the Kashmiris in their freedom struggle, it added.
“Right from 1947, the celebrations of Pakistan’s Independence Day under the shadows of Indian guns, and the slogan ‘We are Pakistanis and Pakistan is ours’ coined by Syed Ali Gilani are ample proofs of the fact that Kashmir and Pakistan are inseparable, and that Pakistan will never abandon the Kashmiris under any conditions,” the findings suggested.
The research said these are the reasons that why Pakistani leaders have always extended their firm support to the Kashmir cause and Kashmiris’ struggle till freedom from Indian bondage. “Both Pakistanis as well Kashmiris believe that strong, stable and economically powerful Pakistan is a must for IIOJK’s freedom from Indian yoke,” the research maintained.—KMS
