Larkana—Sindh Home Minister Sohail Anwar Siyal on Monday said that law and order situation in Sindh is much better than before. He said that Karachi operation would be continued against the terrorists, target killers, ex-tortionists and other criminal elements till the elimination of last terrorist. He expressed these views while talking to media after certificates distribution ceremony under Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Youth Development Program (BBSYDP) here.
Home Minister claimed that Karachi operation has yielded positive results and law and order situation in rest of parts of province has been improved. To question about changing of his portfolio, he replied “I have been listening about changing of my ministry for three months, but rumors proved baseless, however, ministries are meant to be changed, status of a party worker is big asset, I will continue to struggle and serve as party worker, Siyal said.
Replying another query, regarding the protest of media and barring the journalists from coverage in Sindh Assembly session, he said that after incident happened in assembly, what ever journalist did in Sindh Assembly, aftermath Speaker has tightened the security arrangements. He himself deals security matters, even elected members are being checked due to security concern.
