Karachi—K-Electric organized its 5thConsumer Care Gala in Orangi Town recently, in line with its commitment to deliver the best possible user experience and create more value for consumers. Besides providing a creative platform to consumers, the event serves as a great opportunity for the utility to directly interact with the consumers and collect their valuable feedback.
During the event, free health-care camp was established in conjunction with Layton Rahmatulla Benevolent Trust (LRBT). Whereas, consumer facilitation camp assisted the utility to address consumers’ requests for provision of new connections as well as to receive payment against electricity bills. Moreover, awareness about energy conservation practices was created among the participants. Various activities for women and children were also organized.
According to KE spokesperson, “Consumer Care Gala not only provides direct interaction opportunity with the consumers but also reflects as to how our values can be leveraged to further improve the consumer experience.
