Judo coach facing visa problems

Islamabad—Pakistan judo coach Sajjad Kazemi who hails from Iran is unable to resume his services with the national judokas due to visa issues.
Talking to APP, Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) vice president Masood Ahmed said Sajjad went to Iran in Ramzan to spend holidays at home but after Eid his visa expired due to which he is facing problems in joining his duty in Pakistan.
He said for the renewal of his visa we had sent request to the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB). “Now Sajjad’s case is being forwarded to the Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination,” Masood Ahmed said.
Masood hoped that Sajjad’s case gets resolved soon so that he can train the national judokas for the Grand Slam scheduled to be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in October.—APP
