JKLF concerned over falling health of Malik

Srinagar—The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has expressed concern over the deteriorating health of party Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, who has been in detention for past 22-days.
A JKLF spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Yasin Malik had been kept in solitary confinement, cut off from the rest of the world, because of which his health had deteriorated considerably.
He said: “Recently Malik was taken to a hospital where doctors took his necessary medical tests and advised authorities to admit him in the hospital for treatment. But instead of doing that authorities shifted him back to Kothibagh police station from where he has been today shifted to Central Jail, Srinagar.”—RK
