JazzCash, the country’s fastest growing fintech, has signed agreements with Bookme, Easytickets and EatMubarak to bolster in-app options for customers. These partnerships will allow users to buy tickets for bus and air trips, cinemas and events in addition to government payments, utility bills and loan repayments. Such a collaborative ecosystem enables JazzCash to access new opportunities in adjacent industries to tap into the consumer’s every aspect of life.
“Pakistan’s payment ecosystem is in the midst of a shift toward digital, and JazzCash is accelerating this migration. We are seeing a surge in demand for online purchases as more people are feeling at ease paying for products and services via digital channels. So, these strategic partnerships will be instrumental in helping us push use cases that consumers are interested in,” said Aamer Ejaz, Chief Digital Officer at Jazz. Faizan Aslam (CEO Bookme), Syed Sair Ali (CEO Eat Mubarak) and Monis Rahman (CEO Easytickets) were present at the signing ceremony for these new partnerships.
Syed Sair Ali said, “This partnership will enable JazzCash users to order their favorite food from 1200+ restaurants in KLI from within the JazzCash App. This collaboration will allow Eat Mubarak to serve piping hot food to all Jazz Family Members”.
