IUB recruits 251 faculty members

The Islamia University Bahawalpur has achieved another mile stone by recruiting 251 faculty members at Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor level under the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Qaiser Mushtaq, Vice Chancellor. These posts were vacant since last many years causing shortage of teachers in all six faculties of the university.
Prof. Dr. Qaiser Mushtaq took this matter on top priority and conducted 12 selection boards to appoint highly competent teachers through a transparent selection system based on merit which was highly praised in government and education circles. In this connection, a meeting of the selection board participated by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali, Vice Chancellor, Government College University Faisalabad, Prof. Dr. Zia ul Qayyum, Vice Chancellor, University of Gujrat and Muhammad Ali Gardezi, member Punjab Public Service Commission held at Abbasia Campus.
