Islamabad’s district courts record computerized

Islamabad—In order to facilitate the litigants and to save applicants who usually request copy of courts decisions from agony of waiting for weeks and months, the record of Islamabad’s district courts has been computerized. An information desk has also been set up to guide the applicants in this regard.
Senior judge of the Islamabad High Court Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi Saturday inaugurated the completion of the project. District & Sessions Judge Kamran Basharat Mufti, Judge Sohail Akram, judges of the civil and other courts were also present on the occasion. President of the Islamabad District Bar Association Syed Mohammad Tayyib, members of the bar association and staff of the court also attended the inaugural ceremony.
The staff of the department concerned gave the IHC judge comprehensive briefing about the project. An information desk has also been set up in the F-8 Kutchery to guide the applicants in this regard.
