Iran CG receives Diplomatic, Foreign Investment Award

The Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Pakistan’s Karachi, Hassan Nourian, has received Diplomatic and Foreign Investment Award for his efforts to establish better relations between the two neighboring countries.

A ceremony honoring the successful diplomats was held in Karachi, the capital of Sindh Province, in southern Pakistan by the Diplomatic Forum.

In the presence of the Consul Generals of various countries, including Iran, Governor of Sindh Imran Ismail presented the Diplomatic and Foreign Investment Award to the selected diplomats.

In the event, Nourian, the Iranian Consul General in Karachi, received the award for his services and efforts in developing relations between the two countries, especially helping to expand interactions between the provinces of Iran and Pakistan.

Currently, there are more than one hundred officials and honorary consulates generals from different countries of the world, including Iran, China, Russia, Germany, Malaysia, Qatar, France, Oman, United Kingdom, the United States, and South Korea in the port city of Karachi.

Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Pakistan’s Karachi, Hassan Nourian, who previously headed the Passport Office of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Consulate General in Hyderabad, India, began his official activity in mid-June in Karachi, southern Pakistan.
