Int’l community urged to play role for resolving Kashmir issue

Islamabad—Leader of the House in Senate, Raja Zafar ul Haq urged the international community to play its role for resolving the long standing issue of Kashmir. Speaking at the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) held here, he said United Nations has become failed in giving the Kashmiri people right to self determination.
He said Indian atrocities and killings of innocent Kashmiris was giving bad name to the Indian government adding the political parties of India were criticizing the policies of Indian government and also the violence in occupied Kashmir. He said Kashmir was the part of Pakistan and all the Kashmiri people wanted accession to Pakistan.
Kashmiri people will decide their future according to their own will.
Chairman Kashmir Committee, Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman said, “International community must wake up and play its role for resolution of Kashmir issue. He said Kashmiri people are carrying out their struggle for independence undauntedly. Our opinion is clear about Kashmir issue that “Kashmir issue should be resolved according to their aspirations”.—APP
