Indian police book Ganderbal man under PSA

In occupied Kashmir, the police have booked a man under draconian law, Public Safety Act (PSA), of Ganderbal and shifted him to Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu.
The police had last week arrested Mohammad Shafi Khan, a resident of Arhama area of Ganderbal, on charges of allegedly tying a policeman to a chair in the district after the cop clicked a woman by his cell phone.
A video had surfaced on the social media last week in which a woman was seen tying a cop to a chair after he took her pictures in his mobile phone. The policeman, according to eye witnesses, denied having clicked any picture at first.—KMS
