India links talks with Pak steps against terror

New Delhi—India on Wednesday said the stalled dialogue process with Pakistan will only resume after the latter undertakes measures to counter terrorism.
Indian foreign secretary, Jaishankar in an interview said India has informed Pakistan about its priorities, ruling out resumption of the comprehensive dialogue between the two countries sans Pakistan’s steps against terrorism. He said India has adopted a clear and solid stance following the armed attack on Pathankot air base. Jaishankar said the prime ministers of both the countries and national security advisors have been in contact.—Agencies
