Imran terms ECP as B-wing of PML-N

Islamabad—Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has termed Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) as “B-wing of Pakistan Muslim League–Nawaz (PML-N)”.
Imran Khan while terming the Election Commission responsible for rigging in elections severely criticize ECP for pardoning the election staff involved in irregularities in local government elections of Punjab, KPK and Sindh. He said in the presence of Election Commission change through elections is not possible in country.
In a press conference at his Bani Gala residence here on Wednesday, Imran Khan said that ECP is a malicious organization which has been bought by Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
“PTI will take part in the elections that will be supervised under this controversial election commission and the party will take to the streets if the organization does not improve itself”, Khan said.
He said if anyone thinks that the PTI will participate in next elections in the presence of the current election commission then he is misunderstanding things. Imran said PTI is facing rigging attempts from PML-N in Azad Kashmir elections. He said practically Election Commission has become the wing of PML-N. He said PTI will continue its struggle for brining reforms in Election Commission in country. Imran said it is not beneficial Pakistani nation to conduct rigged elections.
He the rigging of PML-N in NA-110 will be unveiled soon in the result of the impartial investigations. He said transparent election has never been conducted in Balochistan, adding that the ECP is responsible for this matter. He said PTI will not accept the 2018 elections under the current disputed Election Commission.
He asked that why Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is willing to compromise on national reputation when Himachal Pradesh’s Chief Minister himself does not want to host the country for the World Twenty20.—Sabah
