Pak Sarzameen Party chief Mustafa Kamal, camping for rights of Karachi development in front of the Karachi Press Club, made it clear Tuesday, he was absolutely unwilling to retreat his steps and will die for it because it is a noble cause,
Addressing party workers Tuesday, he said the lives of his own and those of his colleagues are dedicated for the welfare of the poor and the ordinary of a city which feeds the country, and tragically its own people were victims of hunger, poverty and squalor. “ I am not falling for lollypop from any president or prime minister. Our lives are for our citizens, who can not afford to buy even the most essential necessities of life. They are victim of bad governance.Their attention has been repeatedly drawn towards the unhappy situation, and yet not a soil had moved to help them. That is a grim tragedy.
“We are bound by our 16-point agenda and will make sure that this is implemented because it guarantees the wellbeing of the downtrodden and have nots, he said. On the seventh day of the protest campaign, ladies and children turned up in great numbers at the camp.
He said children who need pen and papers to pursue their education, were suffering from want of water, food and essential supplies, and those in power, were fast asleep.
