Imad stars in Omar Associates exciting triumph Ramazan Cup

Karachi—Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim produced a valiant show under pressure as last year’s runners-up Omar Associates pulled off an exciting five wickets victory over K.Electric in 4th Naya Nazimabad Ramazan Cup Floodlight Cricket Tournament on Tuesday morning.
Rawalpindi-lad cracked a match winning unbeaten 57 and captured two wickets for 15 runs to win the man of the match award.
Omar Associate chasing a modest total of 117 for victory was tottering at 30 for the loss of five wickets in Rs. Two million prize money event at Lawai Stadium.

Southpaw Pakistan Under-19 pace bowler Hassan Khan caused the early trouble in Omar Associates batting with a sensational spell. He got rid of Zakir Malik and Usman Khan for ducks on the first two balls of the match.
In between Nauman Anwar (11), Babar Agha (3) and Hafiz Saad Nasim (5) all went cheaply.
