IESCO enhancing services to facilitate its customers

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is enhancing customer services in its all five circles including Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal to provide various facilities under one roof.
Acting Chief Executive IESCO Khalid Nazir said the company was committed to providing best customer services to its valued customers.
He said he had given instruction to all field officers and staff to resolve customers’ complaints on priority and there would be no compromise on it.
He said new technologies including mobile meter reading, Net Metering and Advance Metering Infrastructure project were being introduced in the IESCO region which would benefit the customers.
He said the customers could register their complaint regarding electricity failure at IESCO Helpline 118, 051-9253206-08 or SMS on IESCO Roshni SMS Services 8398.—APP
