Hurriyet leaders pay tributes to martyred Shopian youth

Srinagar—In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference leaders including Mohammad Yousuf Naqash and Hakeem Abdur Rasheed, Saturday, visited the houses of recently martyred youth Waseem Ahmad Malla at Shopian.
Addressing a gathering on the occasion, Muhammad Yousuf Naqash and Hakeem Abdul Rasheed stated that the sacrifices of Kashmiri youth are a valuable asset of the ongoing freedom movement. They said that torture, imprisonment and other repressive measures could not intimidate the Kashmiris into submission and the day was not far when they would be able to achieve freedom from Indian yoke.
The leaders deplored the criminal silence of global community and organizations on the Indian brutalities in occupied Kashmir. They maintained that just resolution of the Kashmir dispute was imperative for durable peace and stability in South Asia. Muhammad Yousuf Naqash and Hakeem Abdul Rasheed were accompanied by Hurriyet leaders and activists including Mohammad Ayoub Dar and Riyaz Ahmad.—KMS
