Human trafficking

Sahira Wahid

Human trafficking is a curse in which poor males and boys are oppressed as labourers and girl are abducted raped and physically abused. The trafficking of human is an extra judicial act observed throughout the country. Fortunately, for controlling human trafficking America and Australia are going to help Pakistan.
A project by UNODC (United Nations Office for Drug and Crime) would strengthen border control to curb such activity. The Australian government will provide financial support of $550,000 for the programme. Thus, the support of these countries would make sure of controlling this curse. Pakistan should work on this project seriously to rid the country of human trafficking.
