Human resources

Hashim Abro

It is an undeniable fact that there is a serious shortage of sufficiently skilled manpower in many public sector organizations, both at the federal and provincial level, to carry out the various administrative, among other, functions and duties. The retired are repeatedly rehired but young talent is never given a chance. Many organizations have failed to achieve desired results because of a plethora of worn-out people placed at the prime positions but who cares in this society where contacts, cronyism and corruption matter, not humanity and talent.
Had talent been accorded any importance in this country, duffers and duds would not have been repeatedly rehired who do nothing but an organized damage to the organizational governance by denying promotion, medical facility and other rights to the regular employees.
