Hot, humid weather with rain at isolated places likely

Islamabad—Mainly hot and humid weather is likely in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
However, rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan divisions, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. Meanwhile, Multan Met office has forecast partly cloudy weather for the city and its suburbs during the next 24 hours.
On Friday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded as 36.5 degrees centigrade and 28.4 degrees centigrade, respectively.
Humidity was recorded 75 percent at 8 am and 53 percent at 5 pm. While, the Karachi Met office has forecast partly cloudy weather in the metropolis over the next 24 hours.
The maximum temperature is expected to remain in the range between 33 to 35 degrees centigrade with 65 to 75 per cent humidity. Hot and dry weather is likely to prevail elsewhere in the Sindh province during the next 24 hours.—APP
