HOAP applauds SC verdict of restoring Hajj quota

Khyber Agency—The officials of Hajj Organizers Association of Pakistan (HOAP) have applauded the Supreme Court verdict in favor of private hajj tour operators after they had filed a plea at the apex court against quota deduction.
Talking mediamen the chairman of HOAP Nadeem Sharif and others Haji Masood Shinwari, Sanaullah and Hafiz Shafiq Kashif said that decision of the supreme court about private hajj quota restoration will benefit the citizens in large. The officials said if their private hajj quota had not restored, thousands of Pakistani would have deprived of performing the sacred obligation of Islam.
The officials of HOAP assured like the previous years the private hajj tour operators would offer best services to Pakistani pilgrims in Saudi Arabia. They said citizens believe the private hajj organizations for their best services which have been proved by less complaints against the private hajj operators in past.
It is to mention here that Supreme Court bench headed by the chief justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali while announcing the verdict of private hajj companies restored the 50% hajj quota with remarks that if the government had allotted 50% quota to private hajj companies during 2015 then what was the issue that ministry of religious affairs deducted 10% hajj quota from private companies this year.
The supreme court of Pakistan while rejecting the hajj policy informed the government that why they had not taken the stake holders of private hajj companies into confidence before deducting their hajj quota.
