Hamdard Shoora condemns atrocities of Indian forces in IHK

Rawalpindi—The participants of Hamdard Shoora in its meeting, strongly condemned the brutal act of violence and atrocities by Indian security forces in held Kashmir and demanded that the Kashmir issue would be resolved in accordance with the resolution of United Nations.
Admiral (R) Iftikhar Ahmed Sarohe and other intellectuals deliberating on the subject of Occupied Kashmir, Indian atrocities and role of international community in Shoora Meeting held at Hamdard Hall, Rawalpindi and mentioned severe human rights violations in occupied Kashmir by Indian forces.
They said that the situation in occupied Kashmir is critical and need immediate attention of United Nations. President Hamdard Shoora Sadia Rashid expressing her views said that Kashmir is a disputed issue between Pakistan and India which has now becomes a flash point and required immediate resolution according to the aspirations of Kahmiries. She also said that Pakistan has highlighted Kashmir issue at every platform but Indian rulers created misconceptions and always tried to keep the core issue of Kashmir unresolved.
It was also mentioned that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in his address in United Nations stressed upon united nations to fulfill its responsibilities to give right of plebiscite to Kashmiries but the situation is still kept in cold storage which is against the international law and human rights charter of UN.
The other speakers’ including Dr. SM Zaman, Brig (r) Ameer Gulistan Janjua, Sanaullah Akhtar, Professor Niaz Irfan, Dr. Ferhat Abbas, G.H. Anjum Khokhar, M. Aurangzaib Awan, Naeem Akram Qureshi, Professor Dr. Riaz Ahmed, Professor Ehsan Akbar, Sheikh Mukhtar Ahmed Aslahi and M. Ayuub Advocate also exposed the Indian conspiracy and brutal acts against innocent Kahmiries. They said that People of Pakistan would continue their moral and diplomatic support to Kashmiries.
