Karachi—Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh for Cooperation Department, Abdul Jabbar Khan, has said that the government is committed to provide basic facilities to the people.
He said that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) always facilitated people without any discrimination. “It is our responsibility to provide basic utilities in every nook and cranny of the province,” he added.
This he stated while conducting the operation of removing iron plates from drinking water pipelines which stated to be installed by miscreants in Hyderabad to stop water supply to some of the areas.
He maintained that such illegal practices are aimed at defaming the Pakistan Peoples Party government. “Miscreant will never be successful in their conspiracies,” he added.
He informed that strict action will be taken against those involved in fixing iron plates in water pipelines to stop the supply to other areas.
Abdul Jabbar Khan was accompanied by the officials of HDA, WASA and the district government. He asked the people to complain about any illegal activity in their area and assured them of rapid action on their complaints.
