Gilani, Mirwaiz, others condemn Quetta attack

Srinagar—In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani and Mirwaiz Umar Farooq have expressed grief over the killing of people in a suicide bombing in Quetta, Pakistan.
The APHC chairman in his statement condemned the bombing terming it as an inhuman act. At least 70 people, mostly lawyers, were killed when a suicide bomber exploded himself in a hospital in Quetta, yesterday.
The Chairman of his own Hurriyet forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement while expressing solidarity with the families of those killed in the blast said, “Kashmir stands in solidarity, shares the pain and grief of families who lost their dear ones in the dastardly act of terror at Quetta Hospital.”
The Chairperson of Dukhtaran-e-Islam, Aasiya Andrabi in statement also denounced the bombing at Quetta Civil Hospital.
Meanwhile, the High Court Bar Association of occupied Kashmir in a statement also expressed its condolence to the members of the Bar Association Baluchistan and families of the victims. The High Court Bar Association also condemned the statement of puppet Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti wherein she had termed the events unfolding since 2008 as “halla gulla”. The Bar association termed the statement as an insult to the people of Kashmir.
The All Parties Hurriyet Conference AJK Chapter at a meeting in Islamabad expressed shock over the loss of precious lives in Quetta tragedy. The participants of the meeting said that India was involved in terrorist activities in Balochistan.
The leaders on the occasion urged the international community to take notice of Indian state terrorism in occupied Kashmir.—KMS
