Indian troops terror acts denounced

In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani, has urged the Indian leadership to shun its stubborn and haughty attitude and reciprocate Pakistan’s offer for sorting out all outstanding issues particularly the Kashmir dispute.
Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar welcomed the remarks of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chief, Imran Khan, that Kashmir is the core issue between India and Pakistan and the two countries should resolve it through dialogue. He said that Imran Khan’s remarks reflected the state policy of Pakistan. He maintained that Pakistan has a political importance in the Muslim world and this country is center of hope not only for the Muslims of South Asia but also for the whole Muslim Ummah. He expressed the hope that the elections in Pakistan would lead to a stable government in the country and all political and religious organizations would work together.
The Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Political Movement, Advocate Muhammad Shafi Reshi, in their statements also welcomed the Kashmir statement of Imran Khan.
The forum led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement in Srinagar and noted religious scholar, Qazi Yasir, addressing a public gathering in Wachi area of Shopian district strongly denounced the reign of terror unleashed by the Indian troops in every nook and corner of occupied Kashmir.
Speakers at a seminar in Srinagar discussed ways and means for protecting Article 35-A of the Indian Constitution that defines the residents of Jammu and Kashmir. The seminar was addressed by prominent political experts and politicians including Prof Hameeda Nayeem, Prof Siddiq Wahid, Shakeel Qalandar, Prof Saifuddin Soz, Ghulam Hassan Mir, Engineer Abdur Rasheed, Prof Gul Wani, Prof Noor Baba, Gowhar Gilani and Dr Mubeen Shah. Deputy Grand Mufti of occupied Kashmir, Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam, and other members of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Coordination Committee addressing media persons in Srinagar, today, called for complete shutdown on 6th August, 2018, to protest against the judicial and legislative onslaught on Article 35-A and Article 370.
Indian troops launched a cordon and search operation in Balgarden area of Srinagar, today, causing immense hardships for the local people.
On the other hand, Delhi Police Special Cell has filed a charge-sheet against two Kashmiri youth, Shahid Malla and Aadil Hussain, on the charges of hacking over 500 Indian websites and posting pro-Pakistan slogans on them.—KMS
