Fresh blitz kills 9 terrorists in NWA

Peshawar—Resuming strikes on the militants’ positions in the North Waziristan Agency, the Pakistan Air Force warplanes mowed down at least nine militants on the night between Monday and Tuesday. Besides, a number of hideouts were also destroyed.
As the Zerb-e-Azb advances the PAF air machines went for incessant bombings on the hideouts of the terrorists in remote area near Barman close to Pak-Afghan border and flattened a number of militant dens.
Pakistan Army led security forces military Operation was initiated against the trouble makers challenging the state writ in North Waziristan agency some 22 months back on June 15, 2014, and Operation Khyber, the second leg of Operation Zerb-e-Azb on October 14, 2015.
The PAF birds since then have been pounding the militants hideouts in the agency and have so far killed around 4000 miscreants including many fugitives besides destroying more than 350 militant hideouts in the North Waziristan agency.
Likewise during the ground operation the Pak Army lead security forces have seized scores of bomb and other explosives manufacturing factories of the terrorists in various parts of the as they successfully continued their advance against the trouble makers.
