Ameer of Jamiat Ulem-e-Islam (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that foreigner anti-Pakistan elements are taking notice of criticism against the national institutions. Talking to media persons here on Friday, he said that JUI-F was in favour of accountability but it should be free of fear and favour. We can’t support accountability aimed to target any person or political party, he added.
Commenting over issue of exclusion of ‘Khatme Nabuwwat oath’ from the nomination form for the candidates, he said that conspirators and their supporters would be exposed soon. The JUI-F chief said that he even don’t like to talk about chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan, what he called ‘Drama Khan’ who is a proclaimed offender.
He said that all were well aware about ‘Drama Khan’ and credibility of elements surrounding him. Fazl said that those who were earlier predicting raising of ‘umpire finger’ have failed to present the money trail. Drama Khan was now avoiding to appear before the court, he added. The JUI-F Ameer further stated that all political parties were in consensus over issue of Khatme Nabuwat and were not ready for any compromise in this connection.—INP
