Dry weather in most parts of country

Islamabad—Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during next 24 hours.
A western disturbance is affecting upper parts of the country, an official of the met office told APP. In last 24 hours rain-thundershower occurred at scattered places in Khaber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Punjab, FATA, while at isolated places in Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan.
Rainfall recorded during last 24 hours remained in KPK at Balakot 23mm, Mirkhani 11mm, Parachinar 07mm, Pattan 07mm, Chitral 06mm, Drosh 05mm, Malamjabba 03mm and Kakul 02mm.
In Punjab at Kot Addu 09mm, Jhang, T T Singh, D G Khan, Murree 04mm, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur 03mm, Khanpur, Okara, Sahiwal, Faisalabad 02mm. In Balochistan at Zhob 10mm, Sibbi 10mm, Barkhan 04mm and Quetta Traces. In Gilgit-Baltistan at Skardu 03mm, Chillas and Gilgit Traces. In Kashmir at Muzaffarabad 13mm, Garhi dupatta 10mm, Rawalakot 10mm and, Kotli 01mm.
Maximum temperature recorded on Monday were Sh. Benazirabad, Sukkur, Dadu, Mirpurkhas, Mithi, Padidan, Larkana, Hyderabad, Chhor 37øC, Rohri and Badin.—APP
