Chairman of DMC South said that he would contact Chief Engineer of Karachi Water and Sewerage Board for resolving the sewerage problems. He asked the traders to pay their local taxes regularly so that development works be carried out more expeditiously.
It was agreed at the meeting that the traders would not be allowed ‘Patharas’ and encroachments in front of the shops, streets and roads etc. The signboards and sun shades should also be in accordance with the rules.—APP
