Deficiency of Vitamin D

Our children are locking themselves away in their bedrooms
where they are increasingly turning to television and computer games as their sole sources of entertainment. It is estimated that sensible sun exposure on bare skin for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times per week allows the body the ability to produce sufficient vitamin D. Despite this, recent studies have suggested that up to 50% of adults and children worldwide are vitamin D deficient. Children now a days remain stuck with gadgets; they don’t go outside for playing games that creates indolence in them; they are not as vigorous as those who don’t use gadgets like tablets, ipods, cell phones. These gadgets make them selfish because while they use these gadgets they ignore environs and don’t care about anything. Every addiction is bad for internal and external health. It doesn’t matter what addiction it is, it can be drugs addiction, makeup addiction, selfies addiction. Every single one has consequences, so it is important to take care of our health by not getting addicted to anything. That’s why every teenager in our society having deficiency of iron and vitamin D, because they don’t play physical games; there bones are getting mouldy gradually. Parents now a days, think, that they are providing luxurious life to their children but they are actually destroying the life of their kids.
