Once there was only one wall well known all over the world the Great Wall of China. Then we came across the Wall of Berlin. Now we have replicated the original concept of the ‘Wall of Kindness’, conceived in Iran, to Deewar-e-Meherbani – an idea of spreading kindness – has reached Karachi, Peshawar, Rawalpindi and Lahore. There are still many places which need to be covered with Walls of Kindness, especially in this cold weather. The target people for such act are homeless people, labourers and orphan children.
Students of Islamabad brought their own creativity to the mix by visiting schools, old age homes and hospitals. Now we can see all helping each other and so much good things going on and can observe walls being utilized in a different helpful way. Some of the walls in Islamabad, incluse, “Wall of Kindness F-10/4”, “Deewar-e-Meherbani F-11/2”, “Deewar-e-Meherbani G-10/2”, “Deewar-e-Meherbani Karachi Company”, “Ghubara-e-Meherbani Jinnah Super Market”, “Wall of Solidarity National Baptist Church”, “Deewar-e-Khidmat French Colony”, “Shajar-e-Meherbani Fatima Jinnah Park”, “Koi Baat Karo: Baghban Old Age Homes”, “Wall of Love Christian Colony Westridge”, “Mere Bagh Ki Titliyaan: Naan Stop F-10”, “Spreading Smiles Saddar” and “Interactive activity H-12 KachiAbadi”
