Country in dire need of educational reforms: Baligh

Islamabad—National Education Foundation Islamabad, an autonomous of Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, held its signing ceremony with two private schools i.e. Sultana Foundation Farash Town and Al-Firdous Model School Barakahu Islamabad in Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Islamabad. The ceremony was presided over by honourable Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training Dr. Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman. The ceremony was graced by participation of senator Ms. Rozina Alam , Secretary Ministry of Education Mr. Muhammad Humayun and some eminent educationists along with social workers.
Dr. Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman appreciated the efforts of NEF for giving shape to his innovative idea, as this concept was conceived by him. The project is initially implemented in federal administered areas and after its successful outcome will be replicated in other regions of Pakistan. He added that this country is in dire need of educational reforms and integration of vocational education and formal education is one of the basic reforms which have been brought today in the form of this project.
