Contribution for dams!

After partition of the subcontinent, Pakistan suffered many problems and water dispute with India was one of them. In 1962 Indus Water Treaty was signed. Since then, India violated treaty, constructed and is planning to construct hundreds more dams. During the 60s population of Pakistan was only 33.7 million. From then no proper planning was/is made to store and use of water. And now, population of Pakistan has multiplied by six times.
Thanks, Ex- Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, who proposed a plan for utilizing and reserving water on priority. Secondly, honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mian Saqib Nisar has contributed Rs 10 lac (personally) for construction of Diamer-Bhasha and Mohmand dams and also ‘Ordered’ to start the construction work. Additionally, ISPR spokesperson has also announced contribution of every soldier’s one-day and every officer’s two-day salary towards construction of the dams. Even then, it is not possible for the government to start construction of dams ‘lonely’ because, Pakistan is under burgeoning debt right now.
So, now it’s general public to join hands in this venture (especially for Swiss-bank-holders). For the last few years mobile-network providers were charging extra 30% on every charge. This extra charging was stopped by orders of the CJP (May Allah bless all of us for doing such precious decisions!) According to a statistics of 2018 there are around 140 million mobile users in Pakistan, and, now, they are receiving full balance on recharge of their mobiles. So, it becomes our moral-duty to contribute at least Rs.10 (on every recharge) towards construction of dams. And, this is very easy. One has to type a message as “Rs 10/- dams” and send it through ‘SMS8000’. This scribe has already started (Alhamdulillah). This contribution will help us for breaking ‘begging bowl’, certainly!!
