Complaint cell established for rapid response to public complaints

Islamabad—National Highway & Motorway Police has established a Complaint Cell to promptly redressing grievances of general public,Inspector General, (NH&MP) Shaukat Hayat said Wednesday.
Addressing Police Darbar at Motorway Chowk, he said integrity, courtesy and help were the core values of NH&MP. Well-mannered conduct with commuters, courtesy and indiscriminate enforcement of law must be ensured to enhance the image of (NH&MP).
NH&MP was service oriented force and provision of prompt help to the distressed road users was the hallmark of department, he said.
Moreover,all NH&MP field staff will be provided complete logistic support to enhance their efficiency and better service of the public.
In this darbar the families of Shuhada (martyrs) were also invited and Inspector General appreciated the contribution of Shuhadas for NH&MP and ensured the families that their contributions will never be neglected.
Inspector General Police also announced that special educational and welfare package will be introduced for the disabled children of employees as well as children of Shuhada.
At the end, Inspector General distributed certificates amongst the officers, who showed extraordinary performance their duty.
