CNIC for transgenders

Transgender community is one of the most neglected communities in Pakistan and deprived of human rights such as respect, education, the rights of real citizen etc. Their population is 10,418 in the country. Unfortunately, they are not considered human because of third sex. Many times they are physically, mentally and sexually tortured. Every where there are problems for them whether they are inside or outside of their houses. Among their all problems, CNIC is the biggest one for the community. Once they were not allowed to have CNIC, which caused many difficulties for them in Pakistan.
Recently, the Supreme Court ordered NADRA to provide CNIC to the community. Now they can get CNIC. Also, the ones who do not have any information about their families, because most of them were thrown by their families when they were in their childhood. The community needs protection and the human rights because they are also human like us.
Every human has rights to enjoy the life. According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 2007 Article 2 that every single human being is entitled to enjoy his or her human rights without distinction as to race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. I request the government to protect and give the human rights to the community. Also they should be treated as human being in the country.
