CM orders foolproof security for chehlum of Imam Hussain, Data Urs

Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has ordered to ensure fool-proof security arrangements at the eve of Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain and martyrs of Karbala as well as Urs Mubarik of Hazrat Data Gunj Bakhash.
Assuming the protection of property and life of people as the prime inclination, it is directed to opt all necessary measures for maintaining peace, he added.
CM while giving instructions to the Provincial Cabinet Committee for Peace and order, said that there couldn’t be any obligation more critical than assurance of the protection of the lives and property of the people, so law enforcement agencies ought to remain caution and utilize all their energies and capabilities to ensure peace.
He said that there shouldn’t be left any gap for maintaining peaceful atmosphere and a watchful eye to be kept on nefarious elements. CM Punjab furthermore added that we cannot afford any negligence in current situation so additional security force to be deployed at Mosques, Imam-Bargahs and other important places also law enforcing agencies are advised to maintain close proximity and coordination among themselves.
He also directed to ensure implementation of devised security plan at any cost likewise elected representatives, administration and police officers should shoulder their compelling part in enhancing the lawfulness circumstances. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif returned home from London on Sunday morning.
The chief minister had flown to London on Oct 29 to inquire after the health of his sister-in-law Begum Kulsoom Nawaz and meet his elder brother Nawaz Sharif who earlier this week returned to Pakistan to face trial in corruption cases. During his week-long stay in the British capital, Shahbaz held meetings with Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leaders and overseas Pakistanis.
Ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif before returning to Pakistan had held a meeting with his close aides, including the younger Sharif and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, to discuss party affairs, especially reports of rifts within its ranks and corruption cases he and members of his family are facing.
Before returning home Shahbaz Sharif had an exclusive meeting with Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in London, who was in the British capital for his address at the London School of Economics.
