People are belonging to respective fields are lack of training and capacity building issues as we had experienced some sort of environmental and safety accidents/incidents including fire and building collapsed took place in the city areas of Malir, Gulshan and Boating basen etc where due to lack of training and awareness about the issues we had faced problems and difficulties and not did properly some casualties made in it.. It should be collectively responsibility of all of us to play our due role in this regard to educate and aware the respective personnel prior to handle/face any situation/challenge and happenings in the future.
The commissioner Karachi further more has said that we had obtained the details of documents and certificates of paramedics , nursing staff and degrees of doctors but organization did not respond positively, but the Government did well timely and took positively step to provide relief and rehabilitated the people, so keep in minds that to avoid such things in future we all should take right steps and devise a strategy in right directions to provide maximum relief to the people.
Citizens are flowing their garbage in front of their house etc which creates problems , Government is taking steps to lift the garbage through a proper mechanism but 20 million city could not afford and resolve garbage and other issues through 9000 sanitary workers in the city so the citizen should play their individual role to support and resolve the issues through social awareness and knowledge about their duties and responsibilities, he added.
